Portal

You can now access the VLE, network applications, documents and e-mail from anywhere outside the School. Please read the instructions below, and click on one of the links:

>> FOR E-MAIL:

You do NOT need to install anything to access your e-mail via Outlook Web Access. You also do NOT have to use the Citrix Portals just to view your e-mails – please simply follow these instructions:

STAFF MAIL – click on the link https://mail.hamptonschool.org.uk/exchange and enter the usual username and password

STUDENT MAIL – click on the link http://www.outlook.com/hamptonschool.org.uk
Enter your username which is your school e-mail address eg. yournetworkusername@hamptonschool.org.uk, with your usual school password NB - you MUST have reset your password at School before you can use this link

>> FOR THE CITRIX APPLICATION PORTAL:

FIRST TIME USER:
Please download and install the client for your computer:

For Windows PC’s – please click here
For Apple PC’s – please click here

Once these have been installed, please click on the link below, and use your normal School network log-on details: https://portal.hamptonschool.org.uk

>> FOR THE VLE:

Please click here. The VLE login page will open in a new window. Please continue through any security warnings you see, and use your usual School network details.

If you still have problems please contact IT Support – Portalhelp@hamptonschool.org.uk and include screenshots of any error messages/codes that you get. We can then try to assist with the problem you are experiencing.
